1. Digital Products & Online Resources

• All digital products, including e-books, guides, online programs and any other online product, are non-refundable and non-returnable due to their instant access and digital nature.

• If you experience technical issues accessing your product, please contact trainingbyhailey@yahoo.com for assistance.

2. Coaching & Consultation Services

• All coaching services require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking to secure your session.

• The remaining balance is due before your scheduled session (if applicable).

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged the full session fee.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment are non-refundable.

• If you reschedule at least 24 hours in advance, your deposit will be applied to your new session.

4. Affiliate Products & Third-Party Services
