We will cover an overview of your health, your health goals, and any other health info you want to share so we can formulate next steps for you to reach your health goals! All in an effort to strengthen your sense of purpose through faith, fitness, and functional health. Developing the courage and skills to live your fullest life.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours may be subject to a $25 no-show fee for paid appointments unless otherwise discussed with Holistically Trained. We understand that emergencies happen, so please reach out if you have extenuating circumstances.
